Lack of air conditioning made the rooms uncomfortably warm!!! Refurbishment of outdated facilities and decor is overdue!!! Clearer communication about available amenities would greatly enhance the experience!!!

the vila is in a beautiful, architecturally special location close to the lake with its own beach area. we stayed in a double room with a balcony and lake view, which was fantastic! the small spa area with sauna and whirlpool was a lovely bonus. the staff was so kind and responsive to our needs, making our stay even better.

I had a lovely stay here, especially enjoying the stunning lake view from my balcony and a delightful massage that was truly the best I've ever experienced. Breakfast was also a highlight, beautifully presented and delicious. However, the hotel’s decor didn’t exactly match the stunning photos I had seen, as the rooms feel a bit dated. Still, I'd return for that view!

Sadly, the room lacked important amenities like hand soap and had an unpleasant smell that lingered throughout our stay. An air conditioning update is also needed.

I enjoyed the breathtaking views of lake bled and the castle from my suite's balcony, and the peaceful walking paths along the lake were perfect for my city strolls. while the amenities could use a bit of an upgrade, the overall experience was still very relaxing and enjoyable.

During my stay, I discovered the terrace and restaurant were unexpectedly unavailable due to a private event, leading to a cumbersome 15-20 minute walk to the nearest dining options. Also, the bathroom fittings felt outdated, with a cracked basin and a shower design that made flooding a regular occurrence. The complimentary drinks were unremarkable, consisting of just a couple of instant coffees and tea bags. Breakfast options were decent but didn't impress for the price point, and the outdoor lighting at night left the room uncomfortably bright.
